I own a heat pump cleaning company, and we have used this machine to clean hundreds of heat pumps. It has been extremely reliable, and the battery lasts for days. I’m very happy with this product.
The hose is excellent, as it allows us to reach heat pumps mounted high on walls without having to carry the machine up a ladder. The soap injection feature also makes the process very convenient.

I purchased this setup January of 2024, not totally sure if I would be returning the unit or not. The first few cleanings were a bit of learning curve going from my previous setup to this one. It has great pressure, the light on the trigger and the soap switch on the handle are amazing features. I don't need to handle two things at once or climb a ladder everytime I want soap. My only complaint is it doesn't fit in a regular sink and or under a solid tap if it does fit in the sink to fill.
J’ai effectué plusieurs nettoyages de thermopompes durant la saison 2025. Je n’ai pas de point de comparaison direct avec d’autres machines de nettoyage à serpentin, mais après mes recherches avant l’achat, celle-ci m’a semblé la plus complète et professionnelle. Je suis très satisfait de mon choix! J’apporte toujours un réservoir vide pour effectuer les remplissages pendant mes nettoyages.
Excellent produit. Tellement mieux que la SpeedClean! Merci d’avoir corrigé ce qui faisait défaut sur la SpeedClean avec la NexJet. L’autonomie de batterie est excellente. La pression d’eau est très bonne aussi. Dans une version améliorée dans l’avenir, ce serait bien d’avoir un indicateur extérieur du niveau de liquide pour le réservoir d’eau et savon.
