The Malco HC1 Hole Cutter is a compact, adjustable tool designed for fast and precise hole cutting in sheet metal. It installs easily into the chuck of any corded or cordless drill with a minimum capacity of 1/4″ (6.35 mm), making it a reliable choice for professionals in the field.
The HC1 features a lightweight aluminum frame for easy handling and portability. It cuts holes ranging from 2″ to 12″ (51 to 305 mm) in 22-gauge (.86 mm) galvanized steel and other sheet metals. Built for long-term use, the HC1 includes Malco’s Gold Impact Cutter Bit, along with durable bearings and a reinforced pivot pin, ensuring smooth operation, fast cutting, and easy adjustment on the job. A built-in imperial/metric diameter gauge on the pivot slide allows for quick, accurate setting of hole sizes.
