This is the hose connector component only. It is designed to be clamped permanently onto the end of your 10" flexible hose.
 
Once in place, you can skip the tools and simply twist-lock your hose directly into your machine's built-in flange or 10-inch twist lock flange setup on the ventilation ducts.
