Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping policy

Shipping is free when your cart reaches $500 before taxes and total weight is under 75 lbs. Some regions are not eligible (Nunavut, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Newfoundland and Labrador). Some remote areas where shipping costs are much higher, such as upper Ontario, are also excluded from the free shipping policy and may be subject to additional costs.

Shipping time not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for shipping, handling, and any other transportation costs relating to goods ordered. Please inspect goods carefully before accepting. LTE Canada Inc. is not responsible for damaged merchandise once accepted.

Return policy

  • Returns allowed within 15 days of purchase.

  • No merchandise will be accepted for return without LTE Canada Inc. approval.

  • Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Returned items must be in new condition in the original packaging.

  • Returned items to be shipped prepaid at the customers expense to LTE Canada Inc., 982 rue Roger, Granby QC, J2G 3A8, Canada

  • Special orders or custom items will not be accepted for return.

LTE Limited Warranty Policy

LTE Canada Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified for each product, starting from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions.

 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, poor maintenance, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

 

If a product meets the warranty conditions, LTE Canada will repair or replace it at no charge in one of two ways:

  1. Return to retailer:
    If purchased from a participating retailer, return the product there. The retailer will assess and manage the claim.

  2. Return to LTE Canada:
    Send or bring the product (usually prepaid) to LTE Canada for repair or replacement at our discretion.

 

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Available warranty periods:

  • 30-Day LTE Limited Warranty

  • 1-Year LTE Limited Warranty

  • 2-Year LTE Limited Warranty

  • 3-Year LTE Limited Warranty

 

These warranties do not apply to accessories. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless LTE Canada decides otherwise.
